During this virtual consultation, we’ll discuss your hair goals, service options, maintenance expectations, and answer general questions to help you prepare for your visit. While no physical assessment or salon service is performed, this appointment is a great way to determine your next steps and decide whether DHB is the right fit for your beauty journey. If an in-person assessment is needed, we’ll recommend the appropriate appointment.

Beauty Assessment & Planning

$12.50 deposit required

Not sure where to start? This one-on-one consultation is designed for guests who would like professional guidance before scheduling a service. Through consultation, assessment, and Collaborative Care, your beautician will discuss your concerns, evaluate your beauty needs, answer your questions, and recommend a personalized care plan, service schedule, and estimated investment. No salon service is performed during this appointment. If you schedule a New Client appointment within 30 days, your consultation investment will be applied toward that service.

Foundational Nail Experience

$36.25 deposit required

Your first nail appointment at DHB is designed to establish care. Through consultation, assessment, Professional System Selection, and Collaborative Care, your beautician will evaluate your natural nails, lifestyle, and goals before selecting the enhancement system best suited to your needs. This appointment includes your initial nail service, personalized Nail Profile, home care recommendations, and a maintenance plan designed to support long-term nail health. Required for all first-time nail guests.

Foundational Hair Experience

$40.00 deposit required

Your first appointment at DHB is designed to establish care. Through consultation, assessment, Professional System Selection, and Collaborative Care, your beautician will get to know your hair, lifestyle, and goals before completing one Hair Maintenance service and one professionally selected corrective service (Prescriptive Hair Therapy or Precision Trim). You’ll leave with beautiful hair, personalized home care recommendations, and a maintenance plan designed to support your long-term hair goals. This appointment is required for all first-time hair guests.

Foreign Product Removal

Safe removal of enhancements applied by another salon. Because products and application methods vary, additional time is reserved to safely remove the existing enhancement while protecting the natural nail. This service may be booked as a standalone appointment or before a new nail service. Timing and pricing may vary depending on product type, condition, and removal complexity.
